I found the location quite advantageous, particularly its closeness to the masjid al nabawi. It made prayer times very accessible. the staff demonstrated kindness and the hotel maintained a cleanliness standard, which i appreciated. this ensured i had a comfortable and straightforward visit.
i did encounter a minor inconvenience with the size of the room. this limitation made moving around with luggage a bit challenging.

the location is good. it is close to the prophet's mosque. the staff were pleasant. selina from the 10th floor helped a lot to make sure we are comfortable.
the bathroom was old. it NEED a makeover. room cleaning service was not available unless you ask them. i noticed limited towels DURING stay.

The hotel is very close to the prophet's mosque. It was only a 4 minute walk. the reception staff are excellent, they were friendly. a toothbrush, dental paste, and slippers were provided, and i found that helpful.

I found the hotel very close to the Masjid-e-Nabawi. It was only a five-minute walk (a real time-saver!). The staff were friendly and helpful. Abdullah, Nasir, and Mishaal at the front desk provided excellent customer service.

The hotel is very close to the mosque. The location made it easy to attend prayers. The room was clean upon arrival, and housekeeping maintained it well throughout my stay. I found the staff at reception to be helpful with directions. There was no long wait for the lifts, a plus during peak times.
The bathroom was a bit small making movement slightly difficult.

I enjoyed the near location to Masjid gate. I also thought the room service was proactive and always asked if I needed anything. The elevator worked perfectly, and I had no problem with it.
The room had very small size. I also experienced wifi connection problem in the room.
